I’m excited to launch my new photography website and home (and with a few little butterflies) and to celebrate I’m giving away a portrait shoot (more on that below).
My other website has been around for a while and needed a new look and feel to showcase more recent work and my focus on portraits for women. I remember one of my photography teachers saying ‘If you don’t show your work, it’s almost like it doesn’t exist’. So true.
Inspiration for my website and portraiture often comes from my love of Europe. So much so that some of the images included in my website are from on a recent trip to Italy, including some of my favourite frescos from the stunningly beautiful Santa Chiara Monastery in Napoli.
Photography is my passion – it gives me energy and makes me feel pretty happy – I can spend many an hour absorbed in it. I love to look at a photo to see that moment of true happiness, the joy, the friendship and the connection shared with another person. The lived moments in life. Photography for me is all about celebrating life, love and friendships and creating memories. I love taking photos and in particular portraits, so that’s why – to celebrate the launch of my new website – I’m giving away not one but two portrait shoots. Think of it as an early Christmas present.

I’ve realised over the years that it takes a team of people working together to achieve your vision. So I want to say a super big thank you to all those people who have worked with and supported me in my pursuit of photography – from my mentor, teachers, fellow photography enthusiasts, to hair and makeup artists, stylists, friends and family and to the people whose portrait I’ve taken and those who are featured on my website.
Thank you everyone! I couldn’t have done it without you.
Good luck and thanks for taking a look at my website – hope you enjoy it.
